FR. KANYONZA MEMORIAL SCHOOL GEARS UP FOR SPORTS COMPETITION : HIMA KASESE

Hima Town Council - Fr. Kanyonza Memorial School teams are intensifying preparations for the upcoming sports competition. Known for promoting sports among girls and boys, the school has been training tirelessly.

Mukwano Titus, Programs Coordinator New Life Foundation for Community Rural Development and Kamaiba Soccer Academy they partnered with Fr. Kanyonza Memorial School urged players to seize the opportunity, saying, "Train tirelessly in football, aim higher, work harder, and never give up on your dreams!" Titus expressed his confidence in the teams, stating, "I believe in our students' potential, and I'm excited to see them showcase their skills."

Coaches Kante Wisely and Joshua Muhindo emphasized the importance of discipline and hard training, encouraging players to stay focused and committed to excellence.

The students are eager to showcase their skills, with Tumusingize Johnson confessing, "Football is my hobby. I'm inspired to become a great footballer."

For Nyangoma Ritah, playing football has additional benefits. "We play football because it helps us to be physically fit," she explained.

The school's football teams have been making tremendous progress, thanks to the support of the administration, coaches, and parents. With their dedication and teamwork, they are ready to take on the competition.

Kasese Mourns : Senior Four Candidate Dies at Bwera SS

The deceased is identified as Nabasire Sulaina Index Number U0436/200 has been studying at Bwera Secondary School.  She passed away suddenly last night. The student, had sat for two UNEB papers exams just yesterday, was rushed to Bwera Hospital after experiencing terminal agitation but unfortunately died upon arrival.
