Mbarara City Marathon 2025 Launches with Fanfare, Promising Cultural Celebration and Athletic Excellence

Yesterday's official launch of the Mbarara City Marathon 2025 marked the beginning of an exciting countdown to the main event, scheduled for March 29th at Las Vegas Gardens. The launch promised an unforgettable celebration of the region's rich cultural heritage, particularly the iconic Long Horned Cattle.

Organizers of the #MbararaCityMarathon25 aim to promote athletics in the region while supporting a noble cause. Proceeds from the event will go towards supporting the education and health needs of children under the GaGa Kids Foundation.

Kasese Mourns : Senior Four Candidate Dies at Bwera SS

The deceased is identified as Nabasire Sulaina Index Number U0436/200 has been studying at Bwera Secondary School.  She passed away suddenly last night. The student, had sat for two UNEB papers exams just yesterday, was rushed to Bwera Hospital after experiencing terminal agitation but unfortunately died upon arrival.
