Abathembo Changes Camp From Kasese Town to Bwera Ahead of FUFA Drum

Rwenzori Province on 20th August 2024 released press statement through the Media Officer Mr. Producer Joker 

 "Earlier scheduled team camp in Kasese Municipality (17th August 2024) has been changed to Bwera  effectively today Tuesday 20th August 2024"  - Joker noted

It's believed that these changes have been made to enable Rwenzori Province have Friendly Matches with Clubs in Bwera.

Rwenzori Province will tomorrow 21st August 2024 have a friendly match with Mpondwe Tiger Football Club at Kamasasa Playground in Karambi Sub County, Kasese District

"However, efforts are being made by the Rwenzori Province Management to find an alternative friendly matches within that period, before facing Bunyoro Province" Joker clarified 

Reports indicate that the qualification game was expected to be played on 24th August but FUFA has changed the fixture to the date to be communicated.

Kasese Mourns : Senior Four Candidate Dies at Bwera SS

The deceased is identified as Nabasire Sulaina Index Number U0436/200 has been studying at Bwera Secondary School.  She passed away suddenly last night. The student, had sat for two UNEB papers exams just yesterday, was rushed to Bwera Hospital after experiencing terminal agitation but unfortunately died upon arrival.
