Rwenzori Province to play a build up game ahead of FUFA Drum

Rwenzori Province will play friendly match with Bwera pepsi on Sunday 18th August 2024 at Nyabugando Playground week before facing Bunyoro Province fithcoming FUFA Drum Championship. 

Coach Richard Bwambale game will be up against Bwera pepsi indicating this will help in fine tuning the team before facing Bunyoro.

"We had summoned 26 players but Seventeen will be with us and they had join camp on Sunday morning,” he indicated.



Rwenzori Province will face Bunyoro in the first leg on 24th August at Kigaaya Playground in 1st Leg of the qualifying round of 2024 FUFA Dram

Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu Responds to Petition from Three MPs Seeking Medical Support for Omusinga

The Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu has taken note of a circulating petition dated April 8, 2025, addressed to the President of Uganda, seeking urgent medical support for His Majesty Omusinga Charles Wesley Mumbere Irema-Ngoma. The petition, signed by Hon. Thembo Gideon Mujungu (MP Busongora County South), Hon. Sowedi Kitanywa (MP Busongora County North), and Hon. Ferigo Kam bale (MP Kasese Municipality), expresses concern over the delayed fulfillment of a presidential pledge to facilitate specialized medical treatment for the Omusinga and his wife. Kasese Mourns : Senior Four Candidate Dies at Bwera SS

The deceased is identified as Nabasire Sulaina Index Number U0436/200 has been studying at Bwera Secondary School.  She passed away suddenly last night. The student, had sat for two UNEB papers exams just yesterday, was rushed to Bwera Hospital after experiencing terminal agitation but unfortunately died upon arrival.
