Painful Loss: Gravity Omutujju's Mother Passes Away Before Kasese Performance
Ugandan rapper Gravity Omutujju has suffered a painful loss, with his mother passing away just before he was set to take the stage in Kasese, where he was scheduled to perform at the Konzo Night Festival.
Gravity Omutujju, known for his collaborations with Eddy Kenzo and other Ugandan musicians, had started his music career at Old Kampala Secondary school, where he adopted the stage name Gravity Omutujju.
At just 17, he signed with Redemption Studios and recorded his debut song, "Joanita". Since then, he has risen to become a prominent figure in the Ugandan music scene.
Fans and fellow artists have taken to social media to offer condolences and support to Gravity Omutujju during this difficult time. Our thoughts are with him and his family as they mourn the loss of his beloved mother. May she rest in peace."
