Call to Support Local Businesses in Kasese Town as New Roads Brings Economic Boom

As the newly constructed tarmac road from Nyakasanga to Kilembe Road in Kasese Town brings a surge of new businesses and economic activity to the area, local entrepreneurs are urgently seeking support to grow their ventures. Residents are taking advantage of the improved infrastructure to sell a variety of goods, including smoked maize, meat, chips, and fried fish.

"I was really impressed with the kind of customer care these people have," said Mumbere Jonan, a young journalist in Kasese Town. "I was forced to buy a maize!"

The road has also seen an increase in boda boda stages, providing even more opportunities for locals to earn a living.

"I appeal to all charitable organizations, NGOs, well-wishers, and the government to support these people," said Jonan. "They need financial support to boost their businesses."
