TOURISM MEETS PEACE: Mega Sports Gala Uniting Communities

Kasese, Uganda - Get ready for a thrilling event that combines tourism and peace through sports!

The Goodluck Sports Foundation Uganda, in partnership with Musingika Tourism Company Limited is excited to announce the Mega Sports Gala, taking place on November 22, 2024, at Kitswamba Boma Ground in Kasese

"This event is a perfect blend of tourism and peace, showcasing the beauty of Kasese and the power of sports to unite communities," says Goodluck BWAMBALE, Chairperson of the Board of Directors. "We're eager to see teams from Kasese and beyond come together and celebrate the spirit of friendship and competition."

The Mega Sports Gala promises an action-packed day featuring a wide range of games, including but not limited to Football, Cricket, Volleyball, Basketball, Chess, Darts, Badminton and many more fun filled activities like Tug of war, 3 legged racing, Chair dancing, Rileys, etc.

Hon. Sowedi Kitanywa, MP for Busongora North Constituency, will grace the event as the guest of honor  alongside sports and peace enthusiasts.The event looks forward to bring over 3000 people from the walks of life for the event.

He [Hon.Kitanywa] shall still be the key note speaker discussing to the attendees how best to embrace local tourism and living in biodiversity

Kasese Mourns : Senior Four Candidate Dies at Bwera SS

The deceased is identified as Nabasire Sulaina Index Number U0436/200 has been studying at Bwera Secondary School.  She passed away suddenly last night. The student, had sat for two UNEB papers exams just yesterday, was rushed to Bwera Hospital after experiencing terminal agitation but unfortunately died upon arrival.
