FREDDY TINNY SET TO ROCK KASESE WITH HISTORIC CONCERT - RWENZORI

In a milestone moment for the music industry in Rwenzori, Freddy Tinny, a renowned musician from the region, is set to host his first solo live concert in Kasese. The highly anticipated event, featuring a lineup of local artists, promises to be a musical extravaganza that will leave fans in awe.

"I'm thrilled to bring this concert to my people," Freddy Tinny said during a press conference held at Rwenzori Square. "It's a dream come true to share my music with my community, and I'm grateful for the support of my fellow artists and the local business community."

The concert, set to take place in Kasese Town at Rwenzori Square on 7th December 2024, will showcase the best of Rwenzori's music talent, with several artists already confirming their participation. "We're excited to come together and celebrate our music," said GoodHope Alex, a fellow artist and dancer. "This concert is a testament to the power of music to unite and inspire us."

Kasese Municipality Mayor, Chance Kahindo, who has also had a successful music career, urged artists to use their platform to entertain and educate the public. "Music has the ability to bring us together like nothing else can," he said. "Let's use this concert as an opportunity to promote unity and cooperation among artists and the community."

Heli Baibe, a supportive artist, has already purchased 20 ordinary tickets to show her financial support for Freddy Tinny's concert. "I believe in supporting local talent," she said. "This concert is going to be a game-changer for the music industry in Rwenzori, and I'm honored to be a part of it."

Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu Responds to Petition from Three MPs Seeking Medical Support for Omusinga

The Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu has taken note of a circulating petition dated April 8, 2025, addressed to the President of Uganda, seeking urgent medical support for His Majesty Omusinga Charles Wesley Mumbere Irema-Ngoma. The deceased is identified as Nabasire Sulaina Index Number U0436/200 has been studying at Bwera Secondary School.  She passed away suddenly last night. The student, had sat for two UNEB papers exams just yesterday, was rushed to Bwera Hospital after experiencing terminal agitation but unfortunately died upon arrival.
