HON. SSEGIRINYA MUHAMMAD BRAIN DEAD, NOT DECLARED DEAD - DOCTORS

Kampala, Uganda - Doctors attending to Hon. Muhammad Ssegirinya, the Member of Parliament for Kawempe North, have confirmed that he is brain dead and most of his organs have shut down.

According to National Unity Platform (NUP) President, Bobi Wine, Hon. Ssegirinya's mother had prematurely announced his passing, but the NUP leader urged calm and respect during this difficult time.

"CLARIFICATION: According to the doctors, Hon. Ssegirinya MUHAMMAD is brain dead, most of his organs have shut down but he is not yet declared dead. When the mother was told that, she immediately announced his passing. Our teams are on ground monitoring the situation, as we all PRAY FOR A MIRACLE.," Bobi Wine stated.
