RELIGIOUS LEADERS URGED TO PROMOTE DISCIPLINE, HEALTH, AND EDUCATION

Kisinga - Kasese, Uganda - Dr. Rude Monday Julius Bwambale, the Bukonzo County East Constituency hopeful member of Parliament, has called upon religious leaders to emphasize the importance of discipline, health, and education among Christians.

"As religious leaders, you have a critical role to play in promoting discipline, health, and education among your followers," Dr. Bwambale said while addressing religious leaders at St. John's Kisinga Parish. "A body that is not healthy cannot praise God, and education is key to fighting poverty in families."

Dr. Bwambale also urged religious leaders to take an active role in electing vibrant leaders who can bring positive change to the community. "Just as you prepare for church activities by electing committees, you should also participate in electing political leaders who will serve the community," he said.

In a separate engagement, Dr. Bwambale met with youths at St. Paul's Kajwenge Parish, where he advised them to cultivate discipline and identify role models who can inspire them to become important individuals in the future.

"Discipline is key to success, and having role models can help you stay focused and motivated," Dr. Bwambale said.
