YOUTHS URGED TO STAY FOCUSED ON THEIR GOALS

Youths in Kasese District have been advised to stay focused on their goals and avoid distractions that may hinder their progress.

Dr. Monday Rude Julius Bwambale, the hopeful Member of Parliament for Bukonzo County East Constituency, made the remarks during the closing ceremony of a two-day youth conference held at St. John's Munkunyu Parish.

"My dear youths, it's easy to lose sight of your objectives, especially when you're on the verge of achieving them. But I urge you to stay focused, work hard, and persevere," Dr. Bwambale said.

He also emphasized the importance of cultivating strong relationships with parents and engaging in church activities. "These relationships and activities can provide valuable support and guidance as you navigate your journey," he added.

Meanwhile, Mr. Stephen Kawufu, the youth leader for Munkunyu Sub-county, advised the youths to elect leaders who prioritize their needs and well-being.

"We need leaders who understand our challenges and are committed to addressing them. Let's elect leaders who will work tirelessly to improve our lives," Kawufu said.

Kawufu also praised Dr. Bwambale's support for the constituency's youth, saying, "Dr. Bwambale has consistently demonstrated his commitment to empowering our youths. We appreciate his leadership and guidance."
