Bernard Cheptoch and Rachel Chebet Zena are the Champions for the 4th Edition of Tusker Lite Rwenzori Marathon.

It was attended by runners from 35 countries, highlighting how the Marathon is international.

Hon. Gladys Boos, the Deputy Speaker of the Kenya National Assembly, blessed the marathon, explaining that the marathon shouldn't be used just for running but be considered as a gem that Uganda currently has.

The Ministry of Tourism, Animal, and Antiquities, Hon. Martin Mugarra, explained that the marathon has led to infrastructure development in areas like roads.

Hon. Kabbyanga Godfrey Baluku Kiime, the State Minister for ICT and National Guidance, appreciated all runners for coming to Kasese and requested them to explore most parts of Uganda, particularly Rwenzori.

Mr. Amos Wekesa, the Team Leader of Tusker Lite Rwenzori Marathon, appreciated all sponsors who have been behind the fourth edition of Tusker Lite Rwenzori Marathon, which has been a success for the business community in the area.

Recently, during simple research, JEE RICK NEWS found that all hotels and guesthouses were booked, and some exciting places organized shows targeting the bigger audience in Kasese that attended the marathon.
