The Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu (OBR) has embarked on a mission to revamp its administrative structures, aiming to boost coordination, accountability, and socio-economic progress in the Rwenzori sub-region. According to a statement released on February 27, 2025 the exercise, which will kick off on March 3, 2026, is designed to actualize the Five Pillars of the OBR Rebranding Philosophy: Peace, Unity in Diversity, Reconciliation, Socio-Cultural and Economic Transformation, and Mindset Change.
