Miss Rwenzori 2024 Competition Launched in Kasese.

Evra Promotions and Marketing Agency on 23rd August Launched the First Edition of Miss Rwenzori with aim to improve the financial statuses of ladies in Rwenzori Region.

Peter Omega the Public Relations Officer for Evra Promotions and Marketing Agency says they're conducting this competition to identify capable and promising ladies with visions of developing themselves and their communities

He was speaking to press at Elephant Lounge in Kasese town where he indicates that a number of activities will be done including registration for contestants from all districts in Rwenzori Region

Meanwhile, Ms Muhindo Gloria one of contestants appreciates Evra Promotions Marketing Agency for showing love to ladies.

Bernard Cheptoch and Rachel Chebet Zena are the Champions for the 4th Edition of Tusker Lite Rwenzori Marathon.

It was attended by runners from 35 countries, highlighting how the Marathon is international. Hon. Gladys Boos, the Deputy Speaker of the Kenya National Assembly, blessed the marathon, explaining that the marathon shouldn't be used just for running but be considered as a gem that Uganda currently has. The Ministry of Tourism, Animal, and Antiquities, Hon. Martin Mugarra, explained that the marathon has led to infrastructure development in areas like roads. Hon.
